From 4 to 6 July 2013 the CIS Financial and Bank Council and with the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers, supported by the CIS Executive Committee and OAO VTB Bank, will hold the 4th International Investment Forum, the Yalta Business Meetings (Yalta, Ukraine).

The Yalta Business Meetings Forum has become a momentous event for strengthening financial, banking and economic integration all across the CIS territory. The business programme of the event is supposed to consider the issues of developing the financial markets and strengthening the investment attractiveness of the CIS economies, bank and exchange house interaction, and organization of CIS integrated exchange house space. In co-operation with the leading exchange house structures of the Commonwealth round tables are planned to be conducted to discuss integration of the CIS stock markets and harmonisation of legislation in the financial markets of the Commonwealth. During the Forum work CIS investment projects will be presented.

From year to year the Yalta Business Meetings attract more and more prominent leaders of the biggest financial, banking and investment institutions from the Commonwealth and foreign countries. In the work of the coming 4th International Business Forum of the CIS member-countries the representatives of national (central) banks, the heads of finance and economy ministries and authorities, bank associations and unions and the CEOs of biggest commercial banks and investment companies of the Commonwealth are planned to take part. Informational support will be provided by the CIS leading mass media.

I.I. Shuvalov, First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Government, A.L. Kudrin, President of the Financier Guild, A.L. Kostin, President and Chairman of the Board of OAO VTB Bank, S.N. Lebedev, Chairman of the Executive Committee and the CIS Executive Secretary, S.A. Shvetsov, Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, I.V. Sorokin, Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine, I.N. Prasolov, Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, and others are planned to participate in the event.

Those who are not only carried away by finance and business but also go in for sports are invited to take part in a tennis tournament during the Forum days. The registration of participants is opened until 21 June 2013.

The accreditation of mass media representatives will last until 25 June 2013.
